Southern California rock heavyweights Of Mice & Men return this fall with their ninth studio album, Another Miracle, out November 14 via Century Media Records. Entirely written, produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by the band themselves, this new record sees the quartet at their most expansive and personal. “We’re excited to be sharing Another Miracle with you all. It’s been a long time in the making—countless hours of collaboration and hard work. We’ve raised the bar on the melodic side and doubled down on the heaviness across the album. It’s an authentic representation of who we are in 2025.”
“Wake Up”: A New Chapter of Sound and Vision
Today also marks the release of the album’s newest single, “Wake Up”, alongside its official music video, directed by longtime collaborator Mike Matsui.
The track captures the album’s spirit of experimentation, merging delicate shoegaze-inspired tones with the signature heaviness that fans have come to expect from OM&M.
“With ‘Wake Up’ we specifically aimed to pair the more delicate and almost shoegazey sounds of ’90s alternative acoustic classics with a modern and heavier Of Mice & Men approach,” the band explains. “Lyrically, it’s a call to presence—living in the here and now—juxtaposed with dreamlike imagery.”
The video, shot in a visually striking San Francisco church, reflects the surreal tone of the music. “We don’t think anyone’s ever played a breakdown in that church before,” the band jokes, “so we’re pretty sure we made history.”
The Road to Another Miracle
Earlier this year, Of Mice & Men debuted the album’s title track “Another Miracle”, marking their first release since 2023’s Tether and their debut on Century Media Records. The album continues the band’s legacy of channeling vulnerability, resilience, and introspection into cathartic sonic experiences.
Now over a decade into their career, OM&M has maintained a loyal global fanbase through a string of acclaimed records and energetic performances. Core members Aaron Pauley, Phil Manansala, Alan Ashby, and Tino Arteaga have been creating together since 2016, a stretch that’s allowed them to develop one of the most cohesive and emotionally resonant sounds in modern heavy music.
