Pierce the Veil Return to San Diego for Biggest Headline Show to Date

Pierce The Veil have announced a hometown stadium show at San Diego’s Petco Park on September 12, 2026, marking their biggest headline performance to date and their only mainland U.S. headline show of the year.

Pierce The Veil have announced a landmark hometown show in San Diego, returning for their biggest headline performance to date at Petco Park on September 12, 2026. The stadium concert will serve as the band’s only mainland U.S. headline appearance of the year and will officially close out the three-year era surrounding their 2023 album The Jaws of Life.

For the San Diego-born band, the Petco Park show represents both a homecoming and a finale. It caps an era defined by renewed momentum, commercial breakthroughs, and relentless touring, including the I Can’t Hear You World Tour, which sold more than 700,000 tickets worldwide. Pierce The Veil frontman Vic Fuentes described the night as a celebration of both the band’s roots and the community that supported them from the beginning. “We’ve saved the biggest and best for San Diego,” Fuentes said. “There’s no place we’d rather close out the greatest tour of our career than right here in our hometown.”

The announcement follows a period of unprecedented success for the band. The Jaws of Life debuted at No. 1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart and produced Pierce The Veil’s first No. 1 Alternative Radio single, “Emergency Contact.” The album’s impact continued well beyond its release, gaining renewed traction in 2025 when “So Far So Fake” went viral on TikTok, eventually breaking into the Billboard Hot 100 and reaching No. 1 on the Alternative Airplay chart.

Pierce The Veil’s recent touring history underscores the scale of the Petco Park show. Over the past three years, the band has sold out venues such as Madison Square Garden and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and completed a three-night residency at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum. They are also set to appear at New York City’s Governors Ball Festival on June 5, further extending their live presence into 2026.

In addition to the San Diego headline date, Pierce The Veil have several North American and international performances scheduled throughout the year, including Australian shows with Movements and Jack Kays, festival appearances, and high-profile stadium dates supporting My Chemical Romance and Guns N’ Roses.

Tickets for the Petco Park show will be available beginning with presales on January 27, followed by a general onsale starting Friday, January 30 at 10 a.m. local time. A limited number of concert and hotel experience packages will also be available through Vibee.

With the September Petco Park performance, Pierce The Veil will bring The Jaws of Life era to a close in the city where it all began—marking a defining moment for a band that continues to expand its reach nearly two decades into its career.
