Teethe Share New Single “Push You Forever” – Tour Announcement

Southern slowcore band Teethe has released “Push You Forever,” the final single ahead of their forthcoming album Magic Of The Sale, set for release on August 8th via Winspear. The track features pedal steel weaving beneath honeyed vocals and drifting drums, creating a melancholic atmosphere. Lyrically, it’s a reflection on the illusions we create about our past and present, and how the identities we forge may unintentionally trap us. The single comes with a stunning animated video by Rosa Sawyers, further enhancing the track’s introspective nature.

On Magic Of The Sale, Teethe explores a somber and poignant landscape, where their four distinct songwriters, vocalists, and artists navigate the complexities of building a life amidst societal collapse. The album presents a series of interwoven questions about the personal and collective struggles of our time. Magic Of The Sale is both soft and steely—a record that delves into the worst dilemmas we face, from being ensnared by circumstances beyond our control to the chaos brought on by others.

Teethe will embark on a North American, UK, and European tour this fall and winter in support of the album. The tour will feature special dates with bands like feeble little horse, Momma, Aunt Katrina, Winter, and others. See the full tour schedule below.

Magic Of The Sale marks a significant evolution for Teethe, bringing in new collaborators while staying true to the core process that made their debut special. The band took great care to preserve the intimate, DIY ethos that defined their sound, despite expanding their tools and studio setup. With no outside producer or engineer, Teethe’s Boone Patrello spent four months mixing the record, piecing together contributions from each band member and collaborator into a cohesive whole. The result is a deeply layered and collaborative work that offers a comforting soundtrack for navigating the burdens of the world.
